How it works
Owners register their vehicles once. Authorised stations inspect vehicles and, on a pass, issue a signed six-month safety sticker. The platform tracks MVIL and sticker expiry, sends reminders via WhatsApp and SMS, and lets enforcement officers verify any vehicle by scanning its plate — flagging expired, suspended, or fraudulent records instantly.
Beyond stickers, RSPNG manages the full licensing lifecycle — new issue, renewal, reprint and class upgrades for driver licences, with demerit points, medical certificate tracking and lost/stolen reporting — plus number plate issue, replacement and changes. Fees are collected through Kina Bank IPG with automatic revenue splits between MVIL, the RTA, stations and the platform, and every owner receives compliance reminders and road-safety broadcasts straight to their phone.
