Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using RSPNG.com ("RSPNG", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and applying for any role (vehicle owner, workshop, inspector, or police officer). Role-based access is granted by authorised administrators only.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts are issued by invitation or approved application.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and only for its intended vehicle compliance purposes. You must not submit false information, tamper with sticker or inspection records, attempt to access data you are not permitted to view, or misuse enforcement features.
Compliance & legal obligations
Vehicle registration, MVIL insurance, and safety sticker requirements are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea. The platform records and verifies compliance but does not replace your legal obligation to maintain valid registration, insurance, and inspection.
Fees
Certain services — including inspections, sticker issuance, driver licence and number plate transactions — attract fees set by MVIL and the RTA. Fees are displayed at the point of transaction. Registration and CTP insurance are administered by MVIL through its own systems.
Intellectual property
The platform, its design, and its content are owned by RSPNG and its operators. Safety stickers and QR tokens are issued under the authority of MVIL and the RTA and may not be copied, altered, or transferred.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all records are error-free or continuously available. Compliance status shown reflects the records available at the time of checking.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RSPNG and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under Papua New Guinea law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
